Returns
Prior to returning any goods, we request that you contact us so we can provide support and endeavour to find the issue.
If the product you return is not faulty the shipping costs will not be refunded and the item returned to you.
Please note we reserve the right to deny all change of mind returns, this includes something that you may find cheaper elsewhere, however, please contact us in the first instance that we may make a decision on a case by case basis
Types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, if you cannot find your receipt please contact us and we will do our utmost to help you provide some form of proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund, or if a replacement or repair to your item will be carried out, in keeping with Australian Consumer laws, we will refund only items that are not fit for the purpose sold, or a major failure, everything else will be examined and a course of action advised.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at websales@sales67.com.au
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at websales@sales67.com.au and we will provide return instructions.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided to you in the communication with us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will be refunded after the product is tested and found faulty, so keep your receipt.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
